What You Will Be Doing
As Product Owner you are directly responsible for one or more Domains of our Software Offering and you are closely working with a Scrum Team on the operation and delivery of new Features.
You will closely work with the Product Management Team to derive the Strategy and Scope of Work from the overall Companies Product Strategy and will translate this into an actionable Backlog for your Agile Team.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Ownership of the Scrum Teams Product Backlog
- Responsibility/Ownership of the corresponding features and services within your domains
- Specification and Prioritization of User Stories
- Close collaboration with Product- and Solution Managers on Product Strategy and Prioritization
- Close Collaboration with Product Owners of other Scrum Teams to handle Dependencies
- Close Collaboration with your Scrum Team to deliver the Product Backlog
- Coordination and Facilitation of Scrum Events and other Workshops
- Communication and Collaboration to other Stakeholders within the Company
- Continuous Improvement of our Agile Software Engineering Framework
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 8+ years Experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in Cloud Software/Saas Products (experience in the Domain of E-Mobility is a plus)
- Excellent Knowledge of Requirements Engineering Methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of agile Frameworks and scaling agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, ...)
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Previous Experience as a cloud software engineer is a big plus
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
