The Specialist/ Sr Specialist, Global Marketing is part of the Global Engagement Division. This individual will provide comprehensive, dedicated support to the Global Marketing Senior Manager, playing a key role in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns for strategic partnerships. The primary focus will be on assisting in all aspects of campaign coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, documentation management, and internal/external communication facilitation to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of related initiatives and deliverables.

• Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Global Marketing Senior Manager, contributing to the planning, execution, and performance tracking of global partnership marketing campaigns
• Coordinates cross-functional marketing activities by managing meeting schedules, compiling agendas, and distributing documentation to internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Prepares and refines presentations, campaign summaries, and performance reports, leveraging data to support strategic discussions and partnership evaluations
• Maintains a centralized system for marketing documentation—including campaign briefs, project timelines, partner contact databases, and reporting dashboards—to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Serves as a liaison to facilitate efficient communication and workflow across internal departments (e.g., Partnerships, Creative, Legal, Digital) and external partner contacts, supporting timely decision-making and execution
• Monitors project timelines and campaign milestones, utilizing tracking tools to identify risks, flag delays, and report key updates to the Global Marketing Senior Manager for proactive resolution
• Coordinates logistical planning and administrative tasks related to partner meetings, strategic events, and campaign activations, ensuring smooth execution and post-event documentation
• Conducts targeted research and data analysis on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and partner-specific needs to inform campaign strategy and enhance marketing outcomes
• Performs additional administrative and analytic tasks as needed to support the strategic goals and operational efficiency of the global partnership marketing team

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including campaign development and execution

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
• Experience working in a partnership marketing or business development role
• Strong knowledge of the airline industry, including trends and best practices
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign (desired)
