Are you a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher looking to make a difference from the comfort of your home? We're looking for a licensed Special Education Teacher to join our virtual team, supporting K-12 students across Pennsylvania in a fully remote, full-time role. Position Highlights:

Position Type: Full-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor
Start Date: Immediate, continuing through the current school year
Pay Rate: $34-$39 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Location: Fully Remote, work-from-home
Service Area: Supporting K-12 students throughout Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to help students reach their full potential.
Deliver engaging and tailored virtual instruction based on each student's unique needs.
Actively collaborate with parents, school personnel, and other support staff to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction and goals as needed to ensure success.

Requirements:

Licensure: Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License.
Clearances: Pennsylvania State Clearances, including Act 34, Act 151, and FBI Criminal Background Check.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing IEPs.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a strong commitment to student success.
Preferred Qualifications: A Master's degree in Special Education is preferred, though not required.
