Contract Length: 6 Months

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our offshore team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong background in scripting, integrations, and platform configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules as required.
• Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Perform system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing customizations and integrations.
• Document technical designs, solutions, processes, and procedures for ongoing maintenance and support.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues, and optimize performance and stability of the platform.
• Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
