Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive Pay: $54,000-$80,000 (Based on Experience) * Health Insurance * PTO Service Advisor Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly * Obtain customer and vehicle information * Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer * Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle * Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts * Establish follow up time * Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently * Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order * Explain all completed work and charges to customers Service Advisor Requirements: * Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus * Ability to identify the problem quickly * Knowledge of automobiles * Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction * Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant * Very energetic personality * A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization * Personal and professional integrity * Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs * Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications * Minimum of 1 year in service department * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills * Positive, friendly attitude * High school diploma or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
