Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy high-quality service and an extraordinary dining experience. You will be the face of our restaurant, engaging with customers, anticipating their needs, and delivering impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Promote our brand’s values by embodying a passion for exceptional service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting, preferably in a high-quality or fine dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences.
