Our format blends table service with counter service, offering guests a refined yet approachable experience from morning to night. Required Skills & Qualifications – Server

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant in New York City

• Strong knowledge of food, coffee, wine, and beverage service, with a passion for quality and hospitality

• Ability to deliver attentive, warm, and knowledgeable service in both table and counter formats

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every guest interaction is thoughtful and polished

• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support colleagues across roles when needed

• Familiarity with POS systems (Square experience a plus)

• Understanding of NYC Department of Health standards

• NYC Food Protection Certificate a plus

• Weekend and daytime availability
