Senior Vice President, Data Analytics - Lead the Future of Healthcare Data at CMI Media Group

As the Senior Vice President, Data Analytics, you will lead and mentor a team of data management experts, overseeing all incoming and outgoing data streams related to our clients' businesses. You will design and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer insights, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results. Collaborating across teams and departments, you will ensure clients receive seamless, best-in-class deliverables with speed and accuracy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data analytics within a leading healthcare marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing team of data analytics professionals.
Develop and execute client-specific data strategies, including gap assessments and roadmaps.
Drive the development of new data deliverables, ensuring efficiency, speed, and value.
Collaborate with Product Development to translate business needs into data requirements.
Oversee the delivery of client data deliverables, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Foster strong client relationships, particularly within client analytic departments.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.
Manage team allocation, scoping, time management, and performance reviews.
Participate in the recruitment process, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, and data, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Strong technical capabilities in data manipulation, visualization, and tool selection.
Proven experience leading and mentoring diverse teams in an inclusive environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
Experience working with clients to understand their needs and deliver data solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
