Join Our Team as a Senior Title & Escrow Officer - Lorain, Ohio

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Are you a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for precision and a deep understanding of Ohio real estate law? We're looking for a highly skilled Title & Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team and help drive successful real estate transactions from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Manage and execute complete real estate title and escrow functions with confidence and accuracy.
Oversee multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring smooth progress from setup through closing.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams — both verbally and in writing.
Navigate complex transactions with professionalism, even under pressure.
Apply your knowledge of Ohio real estate law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

What We're Looking For:

An active Resident Title License issued by the Ohio Department of Insurance (in good standing).
10+ years of hands-on experience in title and escrow services.
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions without compromising quality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Commercial real estate experience is a strong plus.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
