Job Title: Senior Talent Director - Social and Digital
Location: Los Angeles, CA (or Remote within the United States)

About the Role:

Are you a visionary in the creator economy, with a proven track record of managing and nurturing digital talent? We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Director to join our team and lead the growth and development of a diverse roster of digital creators. This role focuses on managing talent across various content categories such as lifestyle, food, wellbeing, STEM, and celebrity.

As Senior Talent Director, you'll play a key role in fostering talent relationships, securing brand partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the divisional managing director, you'll work collaboratively to create strategies that elevate creators' careers while advancing the division's goals.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at developing brand strategies, and has a talent for uncovering new opportunities. The role is flexible in location but requires the ability to travel for team and client meetings.

What You'll Do:

Talent Management: Develop and expand a dynamic roster of digital creators.
Talent Acquisition: Identify, sign, and manage creators in key content categories such as lifestyle, fashion, STEM, beauty, and food.
Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with brands and agencies to secure partnerships and opportunities for talent.
Revenue Growth: Drive growth through innovative brand strategies and industry insights.
Leadership: Mentor junior talent managers and contribute to the division's strategic development.
Operational Oversight: Manage contracts, oversee project timelines, and ensure accurate invoicing processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions and international teams to identify cross-market opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 5 years in senior talent management, PR, or marketing roles.
Network: Strong relationships with talent, brands, and agencies.
Business Development: Proven ability to identify and secure opportunities for creators.
Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion: A deep understanding of social media trends, the creator economy, and brand-building strategies.
Adaptability: Ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
