We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to lead the implementation of our integration roadmap and establish a foundation for long-term API governance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
API & Integration Development
Design, develop, and deploy APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
Lead the integration of payment and settlement APIs with partners APIs.
Build reusable connectors, templates, and policies for Anypoint Exchange.
Platform & Governance Setup
Set up and configure Anypoint Platform environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
Define and implement API governance standards (naming, versioning, security, lifecycle).
Establish CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Anypoint Monitoring and Runtime Manager.
Team Enablement & Knowledge Transfer
Mentor and train internal developers through workshops, code reviews, and documentation.
Collaborate with architects and product managers to align API design with business goals.
Contribute to the formation of an API Center of Excellence (CoE).

Required Qualifications
8+ years of overall Software Development experience.
5+ years of experience in API development and integration.
3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, RAML/OAS, DataWeave, and reusable asset design.
Experience with OAuth2, TLS, and enterprise security standards.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and API monitoring.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect.
Experience in the payments or fintech domain.
Prior experience setting up API governance frameworks or CoEs.
Familiarity and integration experience with financial APIs.
