Senior Marketing Manager

Onsite position in Parsippany, NJ

Job Summary

A small to mid-sized Medical Device company in the East Hanover, NJ area is looking to add a Senior Marketing Manager to their team to serve as the team’s SME on a portfolio of cutting-edge technologies focused complex and personalized solutions for musculoskeletal cancer patients.

This person will be responsible for developing and executing launch strategies, product management, continuously addressing marketing needs across implantable and digital solutions, overseeing external vendors for marketing and promotional activities, supporting advertising efforts, and facilitating product knowledge excellence within the sales organization.

In collaboration with KOLs and the team, the Senior Marketing Manager will play a key part in creating and executing a winning marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for the product and stay on top of market trends
• Lead sales and medical education training programs
• Drive launch excellence and ensure successful new market introductions
• During new product development, provide direction and marketing representation into the Design Control Process (this includes gathering VOC, conducting competitive research, arranging product evaluations, and overseeing post-market surveillance
• Contribute to the corporate and product branding efforts
• Implement marketing strategies within budget and adapt to market changes whilst responding to customer and patient needs
• Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and stakeholders to support current and future objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to address field challenges and align resources with customer needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally speed to market and manage key business objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing, brand management, or product management at a medical device company
• Previous launch experience
• Bachelors degree required (advanced degree a plus)
• Ability to identify new BD initiatives
• Knowledge of managing budges and financial planning
• Strong communication and analytical skills
