Job Description

Who we are...

Pearl Health is powering the future of healthcare. We help primary care providers and organizations to deliver quality healthcare to the patients who need it most, when they need it most — and get rewarded for keeping patients healthy.

Our technology, services, and financial tools enable better, more proactive care, decrease total cost of care across patient panels, and optimize performance in value-based care models for Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

We are a team of physicians and public health experts (Stanford, Harvard, Mount Sinai), technologists (athenahealth, Amazon, Meta, Flatiron), healthcare innovators (Centivo, Aledade, Stellar, Arcadia), and experienced risk management professionals (CVS/Aetna, Humana, Oscar) who believe that primary care providers are the key to addressing our healthcare system’s biggest challenges.

Since its founding in 2020, Pearl has expanded to partner with thousands of primary care providers in practices and organizations across 44 states. Our investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, AlleyCorp, and SV Angel.

What we hope you can do...

As Senior Manager, Growth Solutions, you will play a critical role in executing complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive Pearl Health’s commercial growth. You’ll support the development and execution of strategic provider deals—working across sales, marketing, product, operations, legal, and finance to build tailored proposals, manage negotiations, and ensure successful contracting.

In addition to supporting external engagements, you’ll help improve how our go-to-market engine operates internally. You’ll contribute to building tools, refining enablement processes, and helping the growth team operate more efficiently and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy, enjoys working across teams, and can manage high-impact projects with precision.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Lead the execution of complex deals from mid-funnel through close, including proposal development, pricing strategy, term negotiation, and contracting coordination.

  • Act as a senior customer-facing point of contact—serving as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to provider organizations, with strong command of Pearl’s product and the broader value-based care landscape.

  • Collaborate across sales, finance, and product to shape positioning, tailor proposals, and advance deal strategy based on market context and customer needs.

  • Build and refine internal tooling, playbooks, and sales enablement resources that accelerate go-to-market execution and drive consistency across the commercial team.

  • Partner with growth operations and legal to streamline end-to-end funnel workflows, improve internal pipeline visibility, and reduce deal cycle time.

  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify commercial opportunities and guide cross-functional prioritization.

  • Lead cross-functional workstreams for enterprise accounts and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.

  • Contribute to broader go-to-market strategy by surfacing customer feedback, identifying operational bottlenecks, and driving scalable improvements.

Who you are…

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, growth, or strategic operations, preferably within healthcare or healthtech.

  • Demonstrated ability to support and drive cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize commercial, technical, and financial insights for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience developing proposals, coordinating deal terms, and supporting complex sales or partnership cycles.

  • Familiarity with value-based care models and provider incentives; understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem is a strong plus.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and an interest in improving internal systems and processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Passionate about improving healthcare and enabling providers to thrive in value-based care arrangements.
