Seattle, WA (Hourly W2 or 1099; Remote with Possible Travel)

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Senior ERP Management Consultant with a proven track record in the biopharmaceutical industry to lead a strategic Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain ERP initiative. This role is critical in shaping the future of our client’s global digital transformation journey by evaluating their ERP program within the broader context of SaaS adoption, application modernization, and enterprise digital strategy.

The successful candidate will design and deliver a Global Framework that enables the client to consistently plan and execute the deployment of any digital platform or application, ensuring scalability, governance, and alignment with business objectives.

What you will do:
  • Lead an end-to-end assessment of the client’s current MS Dynamics ERP project with respect to their broader digital, SaaS, and application roadmap.
  • Analyze alignment of ERP capabilities with enterprise-wide digital transformation goals, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop a Global Framework that defines the strategic approach, roles and responsibilities, governance structure, and resource models required to support future digital platform deployments.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for how ERP should integrate with existing and future SaaS-based digital platforms.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business, technical, and operational insights.
  • Define repeatable processes and best practices for launching digital platforms across business units and regions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business executives, presenting findings and recommendations with clarity and authority.
  • Collaborate with program managers, enterprise architects, and business leaders to ensure alignment between digital strategy and ERP capabilities.
  • Deliverables include:
    • A comprehensive assessment report on the current ERP program in the context of the overall landscape.
    • A Global Digital Deployment Framework including:
      • Strategic approach
      • Operating model
      • Defined roles and responsibilities
      • Resource planning guidelines
      • Governance and decision-making model
    • Executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment materials.
What makes you a good fit:
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP program management or ERP advisory roles, with a strong focus on the life sciences or biopharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven experience in aligning ERP strategy with enterprise digital transformation and SaaS application portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering strategic frameworks and operating models for large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP) and how they interface with digital and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with governance models, change management, and resource planning in complex, global environments.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience working within regulated industries and understanding of compliance (GxP, FDA, etc.).
  • Prior consulting experience with a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement capability across cultures and functions.

Compensation, Diversity and Benefit Information:
The pay range for this position in Washington is $65-$85/hr. W2 plus benefits or $80-$110/hr. 1099; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
