Join Us as a Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist!

In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the smooth running of our facility and production equipment.

Your Daily Adventures:

• Adhering to safety, quality, and maintenance protocols with precision.
• Acting promptly and effectively to address any safety issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Deciphering blueprints to execute necessary tasks efficiently.
• Proactively handling mechanical repairs to keep operations seamless.
• Documenting each task meticulously to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Upholding housekeeping standards for a safe and organized workspace.
• Collaborating closely with operators and supervision for optimized communication.
• Committing to high safety and attendance standards.
• Contributing to additional tasks as required.

Bring to the Table:

• Significant experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least two years in a manufacturing atmosphere with a proven track record.
• Familiarity with CMMS, particularly Maintenance Connection, is an advantage.

Physical and Working Environment:

• Must navigate environments of varied temperatures, noise, and equipment.

What You'll Need:

A high school diploma or GED with a preference for technical certifications, especially in related fields.

Expertise in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics, and operating conveyor systems is essential. A journeyman's license is highly desired.
