Senior DevOps Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure while ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of DevOps practices and cloud technologies to support continuous integration and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and RMF documentation.
Manage Terraform scripts for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.
Conduct security audits and implement STIGs to maintain system integrity.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong focus on AWS.
Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically using Terraform.
Familiarity with GitLab and cloud platform operations.
Knowledge of STIGs and DoD security standards.
Experience with RMF documentation and IAVMs.
Security+ certification is highly desirable.
