Client Success Specialist

What You'll Do
As a key player on our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing a daily client checklist for 200+ accounts.
Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
Collaborating with the Media Buying and Delivery teams to guarantee proper client account setups.
Updating client CRMs and accounts as needed.
Acting as the first point of contact to address client concerns with professionalism and care.
Proactively reaching out to clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Scheduling and managing calendar appointments for in-depth client consultations.
Tracking client requests and managing a dynamic to-do list.
Coaching clients to optimize their results.
Taking initiative with a leadership mindset and tackling challenges head-on.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who possess:
A "can-do" attitude and an ownership mindset.
2+ years of experience in client retention and management.
Outstanding business communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred).
Coaching, sales management, or leadership experience (preferred).
The ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and computer in a distraction-free environment.
Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn from the best in the industry.

Starting salary: $48,000 per year.
Potential earnings: $120,000+ annually, based on performance.
