As our business continues to expand, we are looking to add highly skilled Customer Service Experts to our Client Management Team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and have a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a daily checklist to ensure smooth service for all clients (200+).
Onboard new clients and work with the Media Buying Team to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with the Delivery Team to ensure client accounts are set up correctly.
Update and maintain client CRM and accounts as needed.
Be the first point of contact for client concerns and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Regularly check in with clients to ensure service is running smoothly.
Schedule in-depth calls with clients to discuss progress and needs.
Maintain a to-do list of client requests and manage client accounts.
Coach clients to help them achieve the best results.
Demonstrate leadership with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

What We're Looking For:
A self-motivated, "go-getter" attitude—someone who is driven and takes ownership of their work.
At least 2 years of experience in client retention and client management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional business demeanor.
A reliable, consistent work ethic and a passion for helping clients succeed.
Experience in phone sales, particularly appointment setting or lead generation, is a plus.
Coaching or sales management experience is an added benefit.
Proven leadership experience is required.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
An open-minded, eager-to-learn attitude, willing to grow and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Salary: Starting at $48,000 per year, with the potential to earn $120,000+ based on performance
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
