Job Description

Location: West Coast Remote
2-years

• Five (5) years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and functional analysis for custom software solutions.
• Staff completing the work must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in software quality assurance, including test planning, test case development, functional and regression testing, and defect management for custom software solutions.
• Staff completing the work must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working within a Scrum or other Agile methodology framework, collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and stakeholders.
• Staff completing the work must have demonstrated experience and expertise in using Azure DevOps for backlog management, user story tracking, test case management, and bug tracking.

Desired: (candidates with the desired will be prioritized)

• Familiarity with public sector operations, particularly in the State of Washington, including knowledge of government processes and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with State of Washington major IT project oversight requirements and processes.
• Experience working with environmental, scientific, or hazardous waste information systems, including regulatory compliance and data management solutions.
• Experience and familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and testing web applications for accessibility against WCAG 2.1 or later standards.
• Experience and familiarity with Power BI, .NET Core, and other Microsoft technologies, including their use in reporting, analytics, and enterprise application development.
