Our client, a globally recognized leader in semiconductor and optoelectronic manufacturing equipment, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Field Service Engineer **Location:** Phoenix, Arizona **Pay Range:** $62,000 - $72,000+DOE plus OT and full benefits **What's the Job?** + Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. + Analyze complex system issues and apply engineering principles to implement root-cause solutions. + Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and process integration. + Work closely with OEM and cross-functional engineering teams to support development, documentation, and field escalation resolution. + Interface directly with customer engineers and technicians, acting as the technical expert and liaison. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered. + 2+ years of experience servicing semiconductors or other high-tech capital equipment or NEW GRAD with internship experience + Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, vacuum, and/or process control systems. + Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure. + Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Spanish is a plus. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive Salary + Overtime Pay + Paid On-the-Job Training + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401(k) with Company Match + Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
