Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement: Initiate and manage calls to both warm and cold leads infusing enthusiasm and expertise into every interaction.
• Client Profiling: Target mid to highlevel earning professionals guiding them through exciting opportunities in highvalue collectibles.
• Appointment Scheduling: Qualify leads effectively and coordinate discussions with closers setting the stage for successful transactions.
• Persistent FollowUp: Keep prospects engaged with your charismatic approach ensuring they are informed and excited about upcoming meetings.
• Goal Achievement: Surpass daily and monthly targets in a team that celebrates every win and supports every challenge.

Team Dynamics:

• Become an integral part of a team of 5 SDRs and 3 closers all contributing to a funloving highenergy sales floor.

• In Office Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation:

• Competitive Earnings: The sky is limit! Earn a minimum $48k/yr with a guaranteed monthly draw of $4000 and when adding commission 70k$100k/yr that's somewhere between $5K to $10K monthly reflecting our commitment to your financial stability and success.
