School Social Worker - Full-Time for 2024-25 School Year
Location: Gurnee, IL 60031

The pay range for this position is $48/hour - $55/hour, based on qualifications and experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students’ needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
• Advocate for Students: Be the vital link between students, schools, and community resources to ensure their needs are met.
• Foster a Positive Climate: Promote inclusivity and emotional well-being within the school environment.
• Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers to identify and support at-risk students.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Keep accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
• IL PEL with a Social Work endorsement
• Experience in a K-12 setting preferred
