Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a SAP Contracts & OLA Coordinator in Houston, Texas. The SAP Contracts & OLA Coordinator will review approximately 650 contracts, develop SAP price books tied to service masters, and implement OLAs to replace POs where feasible. This role requires independent management of complex contract cases due to limited support availability, handling cases with undocumented commitment values, and negotiating new contracts in scenarios where only Master Agreements are in place. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain functions. Advanced knowledge of SAP modules related to procurement and contract management. Experience creating SAP price books based on contract language Familiarity with OpenText or similar document management systems for contract record maintenance. Strong analytical skills for conducting spend analysis and data validation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement, training, and reporting. Experience in managing projects or large contract reviews, including document reconciliation and close-out procedures. Ability to work independently on high-volume tasks, manage timelines, and meet project goals in a structured environment.
