Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong SiteTracker skills to support our client The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on SiteTracker modules and project management workflows . The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.

• Work extensively with SiteTracker to configure, extend, and optimize project management and telecom industry workflows.

• Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems as required.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and end-users to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security compliance.

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce and SiteTracker environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce).

• Hands-on expertise with SiteTracker platform (objects, workflows, integrations, project tracking).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, security settings).

• Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

• Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Telecom industry project experience.

• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or other advanced Salesforce modules.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
