Sales Operations Specialist
The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with our Regional Sales Managers and our network of dealers. This role is integral to driving efficiency in the daily operations of our sales organization.
The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) is the primary liaison between all external stakeholders and the daily operations of Diamond Mowers. The SOS will manage all lead conversion, quoting and pipeline management while ensuring the highest level of communication with our Regional Sales Managers and dealer partners. The Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Director of Sales Operations.
Key Roles
Drive increased opportunity conversion rates through timely and knowledgeable communication with our customers and dealer partners.
Liaison to our RSM’s, dealers and customers to drive improved transparency around activity at Factory.
To drive efficiency
Manage opportunity pipelines within CRM to drive better transparency to industry trends, ensuring the highest level of data integrity.
Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally, in pursuit of our commitment to being the best partner to our stakeholders.
Support daily sales operations as required.
Responsibilities :
Confidently navigate customer sales conversations
Collaborate with internal technical resources to develop thorough understanding of Diamond products and applications.
Generate, distribute and follow-up on product quotes.
Manage pipeline and lead management program.
Convert leads and opportunities to sales.
Facilitate dealer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) management and maintenance.
All other duties are performed as necessary.
Qualifications :
One year of sales experience preferred.
Some knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment is preferred.
Experience working in dealer distribution model is preferred
General computer knowledge would be preferred.
Salesforce knowledge would be a plus.
