We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join a growing leader in the transmission and distribution (T&D) solutions industry. What You'll Do

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers in the transmission line industry.
Identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities within the transmission towers and insulators market.
Collaborate with clients to provide customized solutions that address their unique needs, backed by your technical expertise.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing—ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step.
Deliver ongoing technical support to clients, resolving queries and ensuring successful order execution.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and product advancements to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales goals with technical capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field).
Experience: At least 5 years in the transmission line industry, with a focus on transmission towers, insulators, or related products.
Sales Expertise: Proven success in sales, marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to build strong customer connections.
Self-driven and independent, with the ability to manage a remote work environment efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) process is a plus.
