Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location:100% Remote (Preferred: Thousand Oaks, CA)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineerto drive sales and provide technical expertise in the aerospace, defense, and medical device industries. This is a full-time, remote position with a strong preference for candidates located in Thousand Oaks, CAor North of LA/Santa Barbara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within missile, aircraft, and medical deviceindustries.
• Understand and communicate complex technical requirements to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to drive sales.
• Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in key markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Required).
• 10-15 years of outside sales experience.
• Industry experience in missile systems, aircraft components, or medical devices (Preferred).
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with customers in the Los Angeles area is a strong plusand may qualify for additional incentives.

Pay Range: $100K+ Base Salary, Potential to $125K+ (Commission-Based, with Additional Incentives for LA-Based Customer Experience)

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
