As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, setting the stage for our in-home Solutions Architects by qualifying leads and generating interest in our siding, window, and roofing services. Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce our services and set up qualified appointments
  • Engage prospects with confidence, curiosity, and care-no pushy scripts
  • Identify customer needs and communicate how Cupcake's solutions can meet them
  • Qualify and schedule appointments for our Solutions Architects
  • Accurately document conversations and outcomes in our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with our canvassing, sales, and marketing teams to optimize results
  • Represent the Cupcake brand with professionalism and a positive attitude

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and a coachable mindset-experience is secondary to effort
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident in conversation
  • Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, CRM tools)
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of managing a fast-paced schedule
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Austin, TX area
