Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively and provide technical sales support.

Duties

  • Engage in inside sales activities to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market opportunities and improve sales processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or inside sales environment.
