Job Title: Sales Data Analyst

Location:  Orange, CA, On-Site

Client Partnership: We have partnered with a leading manufacturer in the supplement industry.

Role Overview:  The Sales Data Analyst will serve as the primary point for reporting and analyzing POS and shipment data. You will be responsible for generating, distributing, and presenting reports that support decision-making in other departments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, distribute, and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, including the C-suite and Board of Directors. Lead data analysis discussions and provide insights into business performance.
• Oversee category research, including industry trends, and sharing relevant articles and data throughout the organization.
• Assist in evaluating potential new business opportunities by offering cost estimates and volume assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure data consistency and support organizational objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Essentials:

• 3+ years of experience with Neilsen/IRI or similar syndicated data platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in sales forecasting and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and deliver business results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally OTC/Nutritional, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field is required.

  Compensation:

The projected annual salary is estimated at $75,000 - $85,000 per year, representing the low and high ends of the range. The actual starting rate of pay may vary based on factors that include, but are not limited to, the position offered, work experience, education, training, and commensurate experience.
