RNC Field Supervisor

Position Overview
The RNC Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing field operations for RNC projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise in HVAC systems to coordinate teams, manage resources, and foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field operations for RNC projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage and train field staff to enhance performance and efficiency
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance on HVAC systems
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during field operations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and resources used

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role in the HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of RNC systems and installation practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus
