Job Description

MEM is a small business in DFW where w e strive to be   a reliable and trustworthy ally that always delivers for both our customers, clients and partners.  As an Entry Level Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.  The main priority will be customer education, providing brand awareness, and closing sales. 

Responsibilities:
·      Providing Product/Service Information: Educating customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
·      ⁠Resolving Customer Complaints: Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
·      Maintaining Customer Records: Updating customer information in the database accurately, documenting interactions and transactions, and ensuring confidentiality and security of customer data.
·      Collaborating with Team Members: Working collaboratively with other customer service representatives and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve overall service quality.
·      ⁠Adhering to Policies and Procedures: Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines for customer service delivery, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
·      Continuous Learning and Development: Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
·      High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
·      ⁠Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
·      Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
·      Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
