Responsibilities

  • Complete our launch program: Our comprehensive 86-day onboarding and launch program will equip you with the knowledge needed to succeed as an agent in today's market.
  • Generate leads to build a robust pipeline and database using proven techniques and strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process.
  • Engage in collaboration sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your skills.
  • Show homes, draft offers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions.

  • Self-motivated, accountable, results-driven, and open to coaching.
  • Strong leadership skills, responsible, and ethical.
  • Intelligent, resourceful, and eager to grow.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

$50,000 - $250,000 USD Annually

This is a commission-based position.
