Remote Real Estate Paperwork Specialist | No Experience Required | Work from Home
A nationwide real estate investment network is currently onboarding remote team members to assist with digital paperwork management and coordination of residential property contracts. This entry-level opportunity offers complete flexibility, full training, and a realistic path to earning performance-based income—without needing a license, real estate experience, or in-person meetings.
This position is ideal for those looking to get involved in the real estate industry without flipping homes, attending open houses, or making cold calls. You’ll be trained in a proven, step-by-step system designed by a high-volume real estate investor and A&E network personality. The system focuses solely on managing the paperwork and communication involved in off-market property transactions—one of the most profitable and scalable components of real estate today.
Responsibilities
Review and organize residential property contracts submitted by acquisition partners
Ensure that purchase agreement details are accurate, complete, and clearly documented
Follow provided scripts to message buyers and sellers via text or email to confirm contract terms
Track deal status using shared cloud folders or CRM-style spreadsheets
Prepare contracts for assignment to vetted cash buyers using a standardized process
Confirm all documentation has been signed correctly and submitted by required deadlines
Maintain digital records, checklists, and logs for each active deal
Communicate updates and status reports to other team members as needed
Requirements
Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer
Clear and professional written communication skills
Comfort with digital tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Dropbox
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
Motivation to work independently, stay organized, and complete checklist-driven tasks
Availability to commit flexible hours weekly based on personal schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with real estate, contracts, or remote administrative work (not required)
Previous experience with customer service, data entry, or coordination roles
General interest in property transactions or virtual work models
Ability to learn quickly through video-based instruction and templates
Training
Training is delivered by a nationally recognized real estate expert and A&E television personality with extensive experience in high-volume property deals. The training is designed to be beginner-friendly and includes everything you need to begin coordinating and processing deals remotely.
You’ll receive:
Video walkthroughs showing how to review, process, and prepare property contracts
Templates for communicating with buyers and sellers
Checklists and tools for managing each step of the deal
Examples of real contracts and completed deals to study and model
Ongoing support materials to help you troubleshoot and scale
Training is self-paced and designed to get you operational as quickly as possible—even if you have no background in real estate or paperwork processing.
Compensation
This is a performance-based role. You are paid per completed contract you assist in processing. Reported earnings typically range from $2,000 to $10,000 per deal depending on transaction size and complexity. The more contracts you manage, the higher your income potential. There is no limit on the number of deals you can be involved in, and your compensation is tied directly to your effort and follow-through.
You decide when and how much you want to work. Some team members handle one deal per month as a side project, while others scale up to process multiple transactions weekly as their primary income source.
Benefits
100% remote work—operate from anywhere with internet access
No license, real estate background, or phone calls required
Flexible hours that adapt to your lifestyle or other responsibilities
Proven training system from a nationally known investor
Real-world income potential from completed property deals
All templates, scripts, and workflows are included
Learn a scalable skill that can grow with you over time
Opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes real estate experience
Zero cold calling, no in-person meetings, and no high-pressure sales
Ideal Candidates
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who enjoy organizing, documenting, and following through on structured digital tasks. If you’re someone who likes checklists, workflows, and inbox zero, you’ll thrive in this role. It’s especially appealing to:
Remote workers or digital nomads looking for scalable income
Stay-at-home parents needing flexible hours
Retirees interested in part-time work without physical strain
Entry-level applicants eager to break into real estate
Customer service professionals seeking career shifts
People burned out from high-pressure sales or lead generation roles
What You’ll Be Doing
Each day, you’ll receive access to real estate contracts submitted by acquisition team members. These are off-market deals negotiated with motivated sellers. Your job is to help verify that the contract details are correct, that all forms are in place, and that all signatures and deadlines are tracked. You’ll use your communication templates to reach out to the buyer or seller when clarification or confirmation is needed.
Once the contract is finalized, you’ll assist in assigning it to a buyer and preparing the final packet for digital transfer. The entire process is conducted online, using shared folders and provided templates. You’ll be the one who makes sure every box is checked and the paperwork flows smoothly.
You will not be responsible for selling the property, managing rehab work, or dealing with tenants. This role is administrative in nature and built for people who want to focus on systems, organization, and deal execution—not sales or property management.
What You’ll Gain
In addition to immediate earning potential, you’ll gain hands-on experience in one of the most in-demand segments of real estate: contract assignment. This knowledge is transferrable to many other roles in the industry, and it puts you on a path that can lead to deeper investment opportunities in the future. You’ll also build a portfolio of real transactions that you’ve helped facilitate, adding real-world credibility to your resume or business goals.
You’ll have the option to stay part-time or scale to full-time depending on your ambition and results. The system is designed to grow with you, offering more advanced strategies and tools as you progress.
