Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Order Assistance: Assist with order placement, cancellations, refunds, and tracking.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the company's database or CRM system.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Stay informed about company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes.

Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy: Ability to understand and address customer needs with patience and care.
• Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Time Management: Skilled at multitasking and managing time to handle multiple inquiries.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, communication tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and remote collaboration platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to different customer personalities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer a bachelor’s degree).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
