_Job Summary_
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Remote Clinical Therapist to join our team. As an entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in clinical therapy and contribute to our mission.
_Responsibilities_
1. _Conduct Therapy Sessions_:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients via video conferencing.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy services.
2. _Client Care and Communication_:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing empathy, support, and guidance.
3. _Documentation and Record-Keeping_:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
4. _Collaboration and Consultation_:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists.
- Participate in case consultations, providing expertise and insights to inform treatment decisions.
1. _Professional Development_:
- Participate in ongoing training, education, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research-based interventions.
_Requirements_
1. _Education_: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
2. _Licensure_: Current licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) in the United States.
3. _Experience_: 0-2 years of experience in clinical therapy, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
4. _Skills_:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. _Certifications/Licenses_: Certification in a specific therapy modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is an asset.
