What You'll Be Doing:
Guiding Patients: Serve as a consistent resource throughout the treatment process, identifying and addressing barriers to therapy.
Educating and Informing: Provide patients with comprehensive information about their prescribed therapies, including benefits, potential side effects, and proper administration.
Advocating for Access: Assist patients in navigating insurance coverage, understanding out-of-pocket costs, and exploring financial assistance options.
Empowering Self-Management: Triage patients to appropriate resources and support programs, empowering them to actively participate in their care.
Ensuring Safety: Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with standard procedures.

What You'll Bring:
RN License: A valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana or Kentucky.
Clinical Experience: 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably with relevant disease state experience.
Patient-Focused Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for patient education and support.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and multitask effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address barriers to therapy.
Computer Proficiency: General computer skills and the ability to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
Nurseline Triage, Call Center, or Case Management Experience
Clinical Trial Nurse Experience
Bachelor's Degree
