Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for achieving regional sales and profitability goals within an assigned territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive revenue and build strong relationships across the B2B channel. Reporting to the Regional Director of Channel Sales, the RSM plays a pivotal role in executing regional strategies, managing key accounts, and contributing to the success of TP-Link’s long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

  • Direct selling activities within the region, including resource allocation and prioritizing key customer interactions in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Manage and expand relationships with multiple channel partners, focusing on growth and retention within key accounts.
  • Ensure alignment with the TP-Link Partner Program and collaborate with other business units to maximize partner engagement and success.
  • Achieve the Region’s Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products as they are sold into all TP-Link B2B Channel within Region. Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Special Projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience: Networking industry or related industry preferred
  • Minimum 2 years college
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment within an assigned sales territory
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
  • Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
  • Manage and follow a consistent travel schedule
