About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our HR Team. In this role you will be a full lifecycle recruiter handling all aspects of Talent Acquisition from Manager Kick Off Meetings to recruitment marketing efforts. To be successful in this space someone should bring an entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking skills, and be adaptable to an ever changing business and industry. Responsibilities include:
•
Managing full lifecycle recruiting from Manager Kick Off Meetings to supporting on-boarding of new hires
•
Creating strong sourcing strategies and highlight challenges and solutions when company needs don’t align to market
•
Build innovative candidate pipeling strategies for hard to fill positions and difficult talent locations
•
Supporting the management of 3rd party recruitment platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other unique sourcing avenues
•
Managing internal mobility requests supporting the conversations and documentation related to promotions, benchmarks, TWAs, etc.
•
Managing Staffing Agency relationships and support the on-boarding of Non-Employee Workers
•
Supporting recruitment marketing efforts related to postings, candidate communications, careersite, career fairs, and networking
•
As req loads adjust, ability to step into support other HR functions and roles/ responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of high volume recruiting efforts
Strong ability to adjust and influence across internal and external stakeholders (Candidates and Hiring Managers)

Drive for results mentality, ensuring staffing goals are met
•
Innovative approach to finding talent, especially with niche skillsets or difficult locations
•
Expert organizational skills, ensuring on-going updates and communications across candidates and Hiring Managers while maintaining compliance and SLAs
•
Ability to identify on-going process improvements throughout the TA workflow
•
Strong business acumen

Pay Scale
FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $52-$75K for this position in our San Diego Location. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
