Job Summary: ListingNaples is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven REALTOR to join our team in Naples, Florida. As a commission-only sales role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a six-figure income while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and executing successful real estate transactions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real estate and eager to excel in their career. Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about properties to potential buyers
• Market listed properties using various channels, such as social media, online listings, and print media
• Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the purchase or sale of properties
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on real estate trends and developments
• Collaborate with team members and third-party professionals, such as lawyers, lenders, and inspectors, to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain all necessary licenses and adhere to all state and federal regulations

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM and other relevant software
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Naples, Florida
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and property showings
