Job Description

Title: QA Tester

Location: Local to Miami – Hybrid onsite

Duration: Contract

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong experience testing data and ETL loads from ADF based on requirements.
• Strong experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
• Strong interest & aptitude in learning automated web testing such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Previous experience in automated web testing preferred
• Experience with SQL / relational database testing

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scenarios & test cases
• Perform integration & regression testing by executing test plans, test scenarios & test cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and operations to identify and prioritize bugs and issues
• Tracking build test cases through Excel - currently all is manual and will be in the beginning, but eventually may incorporate automation
• Will help with proposals and testing applications

 

Tools:

• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• SQL
• Manual testing in Excel
• Automated testing using Playwright, Selenium and Cypress
