What You'll Do:
As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate diverse projects, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners across the globe to achieve project goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all phases of project lifecycles, ensuring objectives are met for both the company and the client.
Managing the delivery of engineering services, including custom board enablement and Ubuntu image deployment.
Drafting and maintaining project-specific schedules and obtaining client alignment.
Driving technical resolutions and ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Advocating for relevant technologies and solutions that align with client needs.
Supporting multiple time zones and working flexible hours to meet project requirements.
Traveling up to four times a year for team events and client meetings.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing software development or engineering service projects.
A background in working with diverse, global teams across different continents and cultures.
Strong technical knowledge of Linux, open-source software, and computer architecture.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Leadership and problem-solving skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI, or PRINCE2 Practitioner) is preferred.
A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math is ideal.
Flexibility to work outside traditional hours and manage multiple projects effectively.
