Salary Range: $80K/yr - $100K/yr + Bonus

We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator with a well-established and respected real estate development firm that specializes in complex, large-scale transformation projects. What we’re looking for:

• Experience in construction or development accounting, especially A/P and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with contracts, insurance compliance, and lien waivers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Yardi experience is a plus but not required
