Position Overview:

LVW Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Federal Programs to oversee the successful delivery of federal procurement and installation projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of federal projects, ensuring compliance with government standards, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive program success. This individual will report to the executive team and play a key role in the capture and execution of federal contracts, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize bids and estimates, oversee procurement and installation projects for federal programs, ensuring compliance with all federal and DoD standards and regulations.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through completion, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budget targets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with federal agencies and contractors to establish clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead program-specific contract management, including the submission of task orders and proposal responses for government contracts.
  • Ensure proper risk management, cost controls, and adherence to federal acquisition regulations (FAR).
  • Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and performance to the executive team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key federal clients, ensuring the growth of LVW’s portfolio in the federal sector.
  • Track program performance, identify improvement areas, and drive solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or related).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant program management certification is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience managing DoD and federal government contracts, particularly in the areas of procurement and system installations.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition processes and experience ensuring compliance with government contracts.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage subcontractors.
  • Experience with proposal capture and contract submissions in response to federal RFPs.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and risk management.

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is negotiable.
