We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong AI/ML background to lead the development, deployment, and scaling of machine learning solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, and cloud-based AI architectures (Azure/AWS) . The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and cloud architects to drive AI-powered transformation initiatives and ensure seamless integration of AI models into business applications.

AI/ML Program Management

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML project execution , from research and development to deployment and scaling in production.
• Define and track AI program KPIs, model performance metrics, and business impact .
• Oversee the full AI/ML lifecycle , including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive MLOps best practices , ensuring robust model versioning, CI/CD, retraining pipelines, and model drift detection .
• Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to optimize AI workflows on Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or equivalent platforms .

AI/ML Deployment & Optimization

• Manage real-time and batch AI model deployment on cloud infrastructure (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Kubernetes, or serverless AI).
• Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and cost efficiency of AI/ML workloads.
• Implement automated model retraining, A/B testing, and bias detection for continuous improvement.
• Work with software engineers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into enterprise applications .

Data & AI Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the design and optimization of AI data pipelines , leveraging Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Databricks, and Snowflake .
• Ensure efficient data processing for AI workloads using Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native ML services .
• Drive AI security and compliance by implementing data privacy, encryption, and access controls .

Cloud & MLOps Strategy

• Manage cloud-native AI/ML solutions , ensuring seamless integration with Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML, and Google Vertex AI .
• Optimize containerized ML models using Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing .
• Define AI governance frameworks , ensuring explainability, fairness, and ethical AI standards.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

• Act as a bridge between AI/ML engineering teams and business leadership , ensuring alignment on AI strategy.
• Communicate AI insights, risks, and opportunities to senior executives.
• Develop AI roadmaps, technical documentation, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

• 8+ years of experience in program management, with at least 4 years in AI/ML-focused projects.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML, deep learning, and MLOps .
• Expertise in Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud AI solutions .
• Experience in deploying ML models at scale using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines .
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Hugging Face, Scikit-Learn, ONNX, etc.) .
• Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI model optimization techniques .
• Understanding of Responsible AI, GDPR, HIPAA, and AI ethics compliance .

• Certifications in Azure AI Engineer (AI-102), AWS ML Specialty, or PMP .
• Experience working with NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning .
• Hands-on experience with Feature Stores, Vector Databases, and AI observability tools .
