Position Overview:
The Production Stage Manager -- Assistant Manager is a critical central member of the production team.
This position provides substantial support to the Production Manager in the administration of the production process for the Department of Theatre's four-show academic season.
Specific duties include: supervise, mentor, and support student stage managers and backstage crew for department productions; attend, oversee, and provide onsite supervision of technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances for department productions; maintain and track department production budgetsWhy Work at UMBC?

Salary:
Salary: $55,500 - $62,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
