Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Develop and maintain a detailed backlog of product features and enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication of product requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and prototypes that meet user needs.
Ensure that product features are developed according to specifications and delivered on time.
Develop test cases and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the product meets quality standards.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings.
Present product updates and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
Experience in digital banking or fintech solutions.
Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
