Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving product development? We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of an internal tool that will enhance efficiency and innovation. This long-term contract opportunity offers a primarily remote work environment, with occasional on-site visits as needed.

### What You'll Do:
- Define & Drive Vision - Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize development efforts.
- Collaborate & Lead - Work closely with Agile teams to ensure smooth development processes and successful project execution.
- Facilitate Communication - Lead daily stand-ups and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
- Problem-Solve & Adapt - Identify roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Modernize & Innovate - Spearhead the transformation of an Excel-based system into an advanced internal estimation tool.

### What We're Looking For:
- Product Leadership - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Agile Expertise - Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Clear Communicator - Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic & Detail-Oriented - Skilled at defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker - Experience using metrics and data to guide product development and make informed decisions.
- Team Player - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
