### About the Role:
We're looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team! If you have experience in Agile environments, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and excel at managing product backlogs, this could be a great opportunity for you. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other Product Owners to define and prioritize user stories, ensuring smooth and efficient product delivery.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize a team backlog of user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Analyze cross-functional business processes and create integrated user stories using industry-standard techniques.
- Manage dependencies and shifting priorities across sprints and Program Increments (PIs).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and drive solutions to complex challenges.
- Work as part of an Agile Release Train and actively participate in ART and Scrum Team ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Product Management, other Product Owners, and the Scrum Master to ensure alignment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced Product Owners.
- Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) and utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

### What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT delivery, product management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience in business analysis, project management, and product management concepts.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

### Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Familiarity with the retail industry.
- Understanding of DevOps and security best practices.

### Additional Notes:
- You may collaborate with teams in the UK, requiring a work schedule that starts at 8 AM EST.
