Join Our Team as a Precision Mold Artisan

In this role, you'll take charge of expertly crafting our molds and dies. The work is meticulous and demands familiarity with established molding techniques, procedures, and standards. Here's what you'll do:

• Oversee the construction of multiple projects at the same time.
• Read design blueprints to outline the mold construction plan.
• Execute operations with precision and tight tolerances.
• Utilize personal tools and maintain a well-organized toolbox.
• Self-inspect your work for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Programming throughout production.
• Skilled in operating machines such as Bridge Port, Grinders, Saws, and EDM.
• Adhere to Corporate EHS, Quality, and HR guidelines.

Location: 3960 S Marginal Rd, Cleveland, OH 44114

Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Monday – Friday

Your Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Completion of high school education or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Minimum of five years' experience in mold or tool making.

Preferred Attributes:

• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Possession of Journeyman’s credentials in Tool & Die or Mold Making, or 8+ years of job shop practice.
• Previous experience with turbine/airfoil mold construction is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Solid grounding in Math and Trigonometry.
• Comprehensive understanding of the tooling process.

Sensitivity to safety is paramount, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risks. Our safety-first approach ensures a secure working environment.
